Kent State
Four Hundred students from Kent State University descended upon Pass Christian to help with hurricane recovery. They arrived by bus to spend their "alternative spring break" on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Housed in Tent City, they swarmed upon Memorial Park and the Pass Harbor like worker bees in a field of flowers.
